works as independent graphic designer and as teacher at FW Stuttgart. He is chief of the agency ´niessnerdesign` based in Stuttgart. In 2006 he founded the conceptual art group „BNB – Baur-Niessner-Ballistic“ with the artist David Baur. In 2005 he was one of the founders of O-Team, since then he is a basic member as production manager and graphic designer. He is head of the association ´Strohlinka e.V.` and ´Kunstverein Wagenhalle e.V.`.
